40% of your revenue should be coming from email and SMS. What's yours doing?

Someone watches your video, checks out your store, likes it, and leaves to think about it. Then the algorithm buries you for two months and they buy from someone else. Email and SMS is the only channel that stays in front of them the whole time — and for brands running it properly, it's around 40% of total revenue. I build that system in Klaviyo for creators who already have the audience.

Email & SMS should earn $60,000 Per month, at the 40% benchmark.
If you're under 5%, you're losing $630,000 Every year — from people who already found you.

Based on Klaviyo's benchmark data across 183,000+ ecommerce stores, where top-performing brands earn 38–45% of total revenue from email and SMS. Most creator-founded brands sit under 5%. None of this depends on getting more views — it's the audience you already have, kept.

The problem

You're pouring an audience into a leaking bucket.

You've done the part nobody can shortcut. It took years and hundreds of videos to build an audience that actually trusts you — people who watch everything you post and buy things because you said they were good.

But almost none of them buy on the first visit. They browse, they get interested, they fully intend to come back. Then a video underperforms, or you take two weeks off, and they don't see you for a month. By the time they think about the product again, they've forgotten where they saw it.

That's not a reach problem. Every hole in that bucket is someone who already trusted you enough to click.

The fix isn't more views. It's keeping the audience you spent years building.

What I build

The system that keeps you top of mind.

Signup form

A popup people actually fill out, designed in your branding, capturing email and phone. Target: 3–5% of visitors instead of zero.

Welcome flow

The emails that introduce your brand while they're still interested — usually the highest-earning thing a store owns.

Abandoned checkout & browse

Automatic follow-up for everyone who almost bought. This alone typically pays for the whole engagement.

Post-purchase & winback

The difference between a one-time drop and a brand people buy from four times a year.

Campaigns in your voice

I watch your content before writing a word. Your emails sound like you talk on camera, not like a corporation.

SMS

Consent collected properly from day one. Drops and restocks that land in seconds, not algorithm time.

How it works

Two steps, and the first one is small.

01

The foundation sprint

30 days. I build and launch everything above — form, core flows, first campaigns, tracking verified. You give me Klaviyo access and about 30 minutes of your time.

$1,000 one-time · founding rate
02

Ongoing

Campaigns every week, continuous testing, SMS, and a monthly report showing exactly what the channel earned. Month to month — no contract.

From $2,500/mo + performance

If the sprint doesn't earn back 3× its cost within 45 days of going live, I keep working free until it does.

The call

Twenty minutes. Here's exactly what happens.

No deck, no discovery process, no second call with a closer. It's me, and you'll know the full price before you hang up — it's already on this page.

Book a call Pick any time that works — it goes straight into my calendar.
Fit

This only works if the audience is already there.

Right fit
  • Physical products on Shopify
  • An audience that already watches you
  • Roughly $1M+ a year
  • Email is doing under 10% of revenue
Wrong fit
  • Pre-launch or under $50k a month
  • No repeat-purchase potential
  • You already have a team doing this well
Who you're working with

One person. Your account. No handoffs.

I'm Joseph. I run my own Shopify brand, where email is quietly the most profitable channel — which is why watching creators send an audience they spent years building into a store with a silent inbox bothers me as much as it does.

There are no account managers here and no juniors. The person you talk to is the person who'll be in your Klaviyo account doing the work. I'm taking five founding clients at below-market rates while I build this in public.

Questions

Straight answers.

Am I going to get hard-sold on this call?

No. The price is on this page, so there's nothing to reveal dramatically. Twenty minutes, real numbers, then a yes or a no. Either is fine.

Why is the sprint only $1,000?

Founding-client pricing. Comparable builds run $3,000–$10,000. I'm trading margin for case studies, then it goes up. Being early is the deal.

How much of my time does this take?

About 30 minutes total — access, brand assets, one conversation about voice. Reports come as recorded videos. No standing meetings.

I tried email before and it didn't do much.

You almost certainly sent campaigns without building flows. Flows are automations that fire on behavior, and for most stores they're the majority of email revenue. They run whether or not you show up that week.

Won't my audience be annoyed?

They follow you on purpose. The list is the only version of that audience you actually own — no algorithm sits between you and them. Done right it's content they want, with a checkout attached.

Do I need to be on Klaviyo?

Yes, or willing to move. It's what I build in, and it's the right tool for Shopify.

How fast do results show up?

Signup capture starts day one. Abandoned checkout revenue usually appears within two weeks. The guarantee runs 45 days because it doesn't need longer.
