The first month is a free trial. I build the whole thing, run it for thirty days, and you're charged nothing beyond the $500 setup. At the end you'll have seen exactly what it earned — and only then do you decide whether to keep going. Everything after that is month to month.
Paid once, when we start. I build everything in week one — the signup form, the welcome emails, cart reminders, post-purchase, texts. If you don't have a Klaviyo account, I set one up for you.
I run the whole thing for thirty days with no monthly fee. Campaigns, testing, texts, the lot. The setup fee is the only money you've spent, and this is the month where you find out whether the rest is worth paying for.
If you like what you saw, you pay the invoice for the month ahead — priced from the table below, based on what the trial month earned. If you don't, you walk away. Month to month, every month after that.
Your monthly fee is based on your Klaviyo-attributed revenue. Last month's tier sets this month's rate.
| Monthly Klaviyo-attributed revenue | Monthly fee |
|---|---|
| Under $25,000 | $1,500 |
| $25,000 – $35,000 | $2,000 |
| $35,000 – $50,000 | $2,500 |
| $50,000 – $70,000 | $3,250 |
| $70,000 – $95,000 | $4,000 |
| $95,000 – $125,000 | $5,000 |
| $125,000 – $175,000 | $6,000 |
| $175,000 – $250,000 | $7,500 |
| $250,000 – $350,000 | $9,000 |
| $350,000 – $500,000 | $11,000 |
| $500,000 – $750,000 | $13,000 |
| $750,000+ | By agreement |
You keep everything. The signup form, the emails, the automations — they're built in your Klaviyo account, under your login. They keep running and keep earning whether I'm involved or not. You'd have spent $500 in total.
The $500 setup fee, and nothing else. No monthly invoice arrives during the trial month. The first one comes at the end of it, for the month ahead — and by then you've watched thirty days of results and can simply not pay it if you're not convinced.
Most agencies charge $5,000 to $25,000 just to build this. Mine is $500 because it isn't where I make my money — it's there so I know you're serious. I make my money when the thing I built starts working.
Then you're in the bottom row, or you cancel and you've spent $500. That's the whole risk. I've built the pricing this way because I'd rather carry that risk than argue about whether it was worth it.
Klaviyo itself, which you pay directly. It typically costs a few hundred a month, depending on list size. SMS is charged per message. Nothing else comes from me.
Bring your monthly revenue and average order value. I'll walk through the proposed build and identify your likely tier.
